This privacy policy applies to the Tarot Arena mobile application, together with any related online services operated by Suzanne Dev (collectively, the "Application"). Suzanne Dev is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
The Application collects minimal personal data strictly necessary to provide the online gaming experience, maintain game progress, and deliver account functionality.
When creating an account or playing the game, the Service Provider only asks for and stores:

The Application and its integrated services may use tokens, SDKs, and local storage to keep you authenticated and ensure service stability. Where required by applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR), consent will be requested before deploying non-essential tracking or advertising mechanisms.
The Application relies on trusted third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database management, payment processing, advertising, and platform distribution. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy:
In-app purchases: virtual coin packs are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. The Service Provider never sees, collects, or stores your payment card details; we only receive a purchase confirmation used to credit your account.
Advertising: if ads are enabled, Google AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads where you have consented. You can reset or disable your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.
The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your data may be processed and stored on secure cloud servers located within or outside the European Economic Area (EEA), primarily through Supabase infrastructure. In all cases, appropriate security safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), are implemented to ensure compliance with European data protection regulations (GDPR).
• Account Data (Email & Username): retained as long as your account remains active. If your account is inactive for more than 24 consecutive months, it may be permanently deleted.
• Technical Logs: retained for a maximum duration of 12 months for security and debugging purposes before being purged or anonymized.
Under applicable regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), you hold the right to access, rectify, export, or permanently delete your personal information.
How to Request Complete Deletion:

Deletion covers your account, your email, your pseudonym, and all associated game data. Email requests are validated and executed within 30 days.
The Application is not directed at children under 16 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without verifiable parental consent. If we discover that personal data from a child under 16 has been collected without such consent, we will promptly delete it. Parents or guardians may contact us at [email protected] to request immediate deletion.
The Service Provider enforces robust administrative, physical, and technical measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) via Supabase — to protect your account and game data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or technical implementations. Any updates will be published directly on this page with a revised effective date.

This action cannot be undone. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered, and any remaining virtual currency or items are lost without refund.
